The Tencha material for this Matcha is of the highest quality.  Grown slowly and in the shade, it is carefully ground in traditional stone mills into a powder so fine that it has an almost silky texture.  The finished Matcha is immediately carefully packaged.

Preparation: 1 g. Matcha – pour a measuring spoon into the bowl. Pour water – 70-80 ml. at a temperature of 70 °C and beat with a bamboo whisk until a thick foam is obtained. The more foam, the more energizing the drink.
